Nursing Staff
Applications from experienced and motivated RGN’s and RMN’s are always welcome. We provide excellent working conditions and rates of pay and will encourage any qualified nurse to take NVQ ‘s in management and the Registered Managers courses and exams which will be of benefit for any Deputy or future Manager vacancies that may arise.

Care Staff
We have developed our own unique” Carer Career Structure” and grades to encourage staff to develop and progress along a career path . The starts with a one star care grade for newcomers with little or no experience who can by experience and the passing of NVQ in Care examinations progress to a five star carer with commensurate responsibilities and pay rates. We are always looking for new care staff both locally and those who are looking from further afield.

Housekeeping
Keeping our residents well fed, dressed and tidy including keeping the home clean and tidy requires dedicated housekeeping staff to maintain our quality standards. We are always pleased to here from anyone who is interested in helping us achieve this whether novice or experienced and full training and support can be provided.
